3. Shipping & Delivery
-> Orders are processed within 2-4 business days and shipped via trusted courier partners.
-> Delivery timelines vary by location (see Delivery Policy).
-> Elitior is not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Exchange Policy
-> We do not accept returns. Exchanges are allowed only for damaged or faulty products.
-> If the package was damaged while opening it with the scissor or any other sharp object, a refund or replacement will not be possible unless we have the unpacking video and the images of the courier cover.
